LONG ISLAND FOOD TRUCKS NETWORK, INC. will be opening up our upcoming event to sponsorship and many advertising possibilities for local businesses to take advantage of the public attention that this event will draw as well as the media coverage that is sure to occur prior to event as well as a post event follow up.

We believe that this event will capture the attention of many people that may become future customers, clients, employees, viewers, and business partners or affiliates. We encourage all the local businesses to get involved with sponsoring this event because part of the proceeds will be dedicated to the Elks, our chosen local charitable organization. They can use all the support the they can get, and we will be trying to put together an event with your sponsorship that will help to attract as many people as possible which will benefit the Elks and those people in the community they provide valuable and critical services for. We encourage you to get involved in making this event an annual event at this location and time of year.

We will be providing 3 ways to sponsor this event and to get involved with this great cause.

All sponsorships will receive advertising on www.LongIslandFoodTruckRodeo.com for a period of (1) year.

Includes a space at this event for a table / booth / chairs for your business and staff to promote your business services and/or products. Your Business will be given a VIP Express Pass which will allow you to the front of any line at any food truck, which is a nice convenience which will allow you and your staff to experience more gourmet foods in a shorter period of time. Includes VIP Sponsorship package plus honorable mention in all advertising campaigns done in various media outlets, website homepage acknowledgement along with full page ad on website as well. Additional Signage posted at the event for the duration of the event. Free Sampler Platter from any of the participating food trucks, You will be given 10 free food tickets (good for up to 10 sampler platters).

Includes all of the benefits stated in the above packages plus top billing on all advertising and marketing of every part of this event. Admission to VIP area with free food and beverage service provided by waitstaff when available. Must be over 21 to consume alcoholic beverages. Includes (1) Free Hampton Trolley crawl (up to 4 hours) for you and your business staff, clients, and/or associates at any time during the year when trolley is available.
